You should be aware that to be admissible, your report must be serious and factual.
Your report is a serious undertaking and may have implications for the persons concerned.
For your enlightened information, the admissibility of the alert will be assessed on the basis of the following points:
- Does the alert describe a harmful situation?
- Is the situation described sufficiently serious?
- Are the facts reported contrary to the law, regulations or our Ethics Guide?
- Is the alert accompanied by other evidence (photo, document, video, etc.)?
- Was the alert made in good faith and is it impartial?
- Has the whistleblower witnessed or been personally affected by the facts reported?
In order to respect confidentiality and the legitimate rights of our employees, all reports will be subject to rigorous analysis and a detailed internal audit. The identity of the whistleblower will be protected if he or she has made a report in good faith.
